The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very manageable. The hotel facilities were generally well-kept, and the common areas were clean and welcoming.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional experience in Seville! We took a Segway tour of Seville and it was simply extraordinary. Oussama is a fantastic guide: super friendly, passionate, a great teacher, and very attentive. In a very short time, he taught us so much about the city, its history, and anecdotes, always with a smile and a truly infectious good humor. We enjoyed the experience so much that we went on a second tour the next day… and once again, Oussama was amazing: he adapted the route to pick up exactly where we had left off the day before. A truly personalized service, rare and much appreciated. It's a brilliant way to discover Seville: fun, smooth, effortless, and perfectly paced. I wholeheartedly recommend this activity, especially with Oussama: he truly deserves to be highlighted. A huge thank you for these unforgettable moments!
