Our guide appeared to be very knowledgeable; however, we experienced significant difficulty understanding him due to communication issues. During the first part of the day, he was largely absent and asked us to listen to another guide while he spent time on his phone. This made it challenging to fully engage with the tour and benefit from his expertise. Improved communication and greater presence with the group would greatly enhance the overall experience. The tour was great! ππ!!! Our guide, Jean, is a confident driver and very knowledgeable. He gave very interesting commentary during the trip. We learned a lot and learned about the history of Cape Town. The penguin visit π§ and the restaurant for the delicious lunch π were perfect, as was the visit to the Cape of Good Hope.
