A one-day tour with Mr. Zheng He, who drives for us, is better than a year of independent travel.
Our itinerary in Ubud was arranged and led by Mr. Wayan Zheng He. He was very talkative, sharing a lot about local Balinese culture and recommending many restaurants. Also, when we were caught in a sudden downpour at the Tegallalang Rice Terraces and Tirta Empul Temple, Mr. Zheng He personally brought us umbrellas. This trip was perfect, and we are very grateful to Mr. Zheng He for his company for the entire day!★

We had an excellent experience on this one-day private Ubud tour. Everything was very well organized, beautiful, and truly interesting. The places we visited were amazing and gave us a great overview of Ubud’s nature and culture.
Due to the opening times of some locations, we had to slightly change the order of the itinerary, but this did not affect the experience at all. On the contrary, the day was still perfectly paced and absolutely great.
The guide was extremely kind, professional, and flexible, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the tour. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.★

We set off a little late this morning and drifted at sea for half an hour without seeing any dolphins. The captain told us not to panic, we were sure we would see them. A little while later, sure enough, we saw a group of dolphins surfacing. We chased after them wherever they swam, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Dolphins definitely come out to feed. The customer service gave the driver the information the night before, and the driver was waiting on time. We were a bit slow, which is why we were late, but luckily we caught up with them. We also booked other tours through this company, and they were really great.★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
