Excellent service and tour! The Ferris wheel is fantastic! The wheel rotates continuously, taking 40 minutes to complete. Each cabin can accommodate approximately 8-10 people. One of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai! Our safari driver did his best to make our experience memorable! He is an expert driver, always willing to explain, help and encourage! We tried sand surfing and enjoyed our BBQ dinner with shows later. The evening shows with belly dancing, light, and fire performances were fantastic. As a solo traveler, I felt completely comfortable, made many new friends here, and had an unforgettable time! Absolutely recommended!★

We went on this tour in November 2025. Organized by 360 Adventures. No one else booked the trip except our family, so it was a private tour with a guide and driver in a minibus. The guide, speaking English, thoroughly explained the history and current state of the UAE throughout the trip. The tour was very packed, with 10-15-minute stops at the Frame and the Museum of the Future. We skipped the Burj Khalifa because we'd been there before. The Burj Al Arab was simply a stop at Jumeira Public Beach, where you can take a photo with the "Sail" in the distance.★

Maaz Khan was very informative throughout the tour, sharing a glimpse into Dubai's history and UAE's formation - and even shared anecdotes and nuances on the culture of the people, and he was open to questions. Well structured tour and easy to follow from the residential side to the souks. Maaz Khan took great care of the group from even before the tour started until the point of guiding the group how to make their way back. Would recommend.
