We booked this for a special day out for 6 - myself and my husband, and our two adult children and their partners. It truly was a memorable day. Having gone on group boat trips before, I can thoroughly recommend a private trip just for your party. Captain Mike was really friendly and told us loads about the places he took us too. Fresh towels were ready for us when we got back in the boat after a swim or snorkel, cold drinks were flowing - wine, beer and soft drinks! Lunch - prepared by his wife - was delicious, as were the fruit and snacks we were served throughout the day. The best bit was riding on the front of the boat at speed. It was the highlight of our holiday and an experience to remember.

The walk into the olive groves isn't very long. The whole experience is pleasant and entertaining. The tasting at the end focuses on olive oil and is presented as a small meal with various delicacies. The tour is only offered in English, so young children probably won't get much out of it.

The cycling tour to Myli gorge on e bikes was fabulous. The guide was really knowledgeable, friendly and we saw lots of the beautiful area and interesting sights around Rethymno. Had lunch at a local taverna which was lovely. Felt safe throughout and the hills were easy on the e bikes. Would recommend this tour to everyone.
