How to use
This is a self-guided tour. It begins at the GPS-marked starting point in Vancouver or in Whistler. Check your email before you begin driving to download the Action Tour Guide app, enter your unique password, and access your tour. From there, simply follow the audio instructions and the route. If you have any questions, please contact the local provider. You'll find the contact information on the voucher you'll receive after booking.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Know in advance:
- This is a self-guided tour; no guide will accompany you. The Action Tour Guide app functions as a guide, an audio tour, and a map all in one
- Please arrange for a vehicle before you take the tour. You only need to book one tour per vehicle, not per person
- After booking the tour, search your email for the phrase "Set up your self-guided tour now." Follow these instructions immediately to finish setting up the tour while you have Wi-Fi/data. Do not wait until you are onsite
- Works perfectly without cellular or Wi-Fi with offline maps
- The audio stories play on their own based on your location. You can start anytime and pause anywhere
- Most stops along the tour have animated videos allowing you to visualize what you cannot see, such as snapshots from different centuries or interior rooms
- This tour is valid for one year - from the moment of booking. You can use it multiple times over multiple trips
- This tour is an audio tour guide and not an attraction entrance ticket
