from start to finish the whole team were excellent . we had an original trip cancelled last minute with *** and despite numerous calls to *** they were absolutely useless . where as this company wrre amazing . there sas a small issue with times but this was rectified efficiently and without delay . the driver arrived at time allocated for pick and was an absolute gentleman .. if your going to Auschwitz . book with this company .. 5 star quality fr a 5 star team .. thank you to the entire team who made what was to be a memorable trip just what we expected ..★

Warsaw with lunch. An overall positive experience: Punctual pick-up at our hotel, excellent driver, cautious and knowledgeable throughout the entire route. There were no waits; as soon as we arrived at the two camps, we went straight in. The guide was knowledgeable. The lunch was excellent. Compliments to the entire organization and thanks to Paul, our driver, who accompanied us with such care, sensitivity, and professionalism, dedicating time and providing interesting explanations and information about the places we visited and their history. Recommended tour! Thank you.★

The chartered car service was fantastic! We were especially satisfied with the door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, which was incredibly convenient for us. Our itinerary, which started early, didn't have to be interrupted at all! 😁 The visit to the concentration camp went very smoothly, ending in the afternoon! Tomas drove exceptionally well and smoothly, and the drivers who provided the pick-up and drop-off service were all very friendly and welcoming! The only minor drawback was that the guide's explanations at the concentration camp could have been more detailed. It was a very impactful and serious occasion, and we hoped that the explanations wouldn't have been rushed due to the crowds!
