Meet your guide at the corner of Simplonstraße and Lenbachstraße. Your guide will carry a small sign with mygraffitiworkshop.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Know in advance:
- Participants must be at least 8 years old
- Children under 8 years can accompany their parents
- This tour is accessible for wheelchair users
- Public transport ticket necessary for transfer between graffiti tour and workshop in the Mauerpark where the event ends
- The minimum number of participants is 5, if the number is not reached you will be offered a different date or a full refund
- This tour is multilingual and offered in English, Italian, German and Russian. You don't need to choose a language option during the reservation, just talk to your guide on-site
