How to use
Meet at the Inflancki Boulevard 3 (Bulwar Inflancki 3), at the bank of Vistula River, next to the water tram stop called "Paulinska” (in Polish: Krakowski Tramwaj Wodny, Przystanek „Paulińska"). Look out for a person holding a "Cracow Boat" sign. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the cruise departure time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- Maximum of 12 people per tour group
- Children (age 0-4) using the free ticket must sit on an adult's lap
- Catamaran includes a driver/captain on board during the cruise, a live guide will join during the Wieliczka Salt Mine group tour
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to consume alcohol
- The catamaran has a closed deck, open observation deck, toilet, and bar
- Please note that this is a group tour and the boat departs at strictly scheduled times - please arrive at the meeting point on time
