The passenger's weight must be less than 100 kg.
Passengers must be aged 2 or above.
3. Passengers under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to board.
4. Pregnant women and passengers with high-risk medical conditions are not permitted to fly.
Each helicopter flight can accommodate up to 3 passengers.
A minimum of 2 passengers is required for departure. If there are fewer than required, we will arrange shared seating, which may require waiting on-site.
7. Please contact customer support before arrival to confirm the allowed flight time. Customer support hours are from 9:00 to 18:00.
8. Seats will be assigned by staff according to helicopter weight and balance requirements.
9. In case of military air activities or temporary air traffic control causing delays or cancellations of your scheduled time, if the delay exceeds 4 hours, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
10. In case of force majeure (such as storms, heavy rain, lightning, thunderstorms or other weather conditions affecting flight safety), the base will arrange free date/time changes.
11. Helicopter sightseeing tours are subject to the unique characteristics of the aviation industry, with safety as the top priority. Our base strictly complies with all laws, regulations, and rules set by the Civil Aviation Administration and Air Force Command.
