How to use
The departure place is the Sihlquai Bus Station (Limmatstrasse 2), located behind the train station, in front of the Hotel Fred. You will need to check in at the counter marked with “Best of Switzerland Tours”. Please have the QR code on your voucher ready and present it printed or electronically on your smartphone or tablet.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Not allowed:
- Those under the minimum age of 6 years old
Know in advance:
- You can book a maximum of 10 people per option
- External weather conditions are beyond control, consequently no refunds will be offered due to poor or less than ideal weather
- Refunds aren't possible for last-minute tour cancellations due to flight changes or unforeseen health issues. Please consider a travel insurance before your trip to cover such situations
- Fully guided tour by a professional multilingual driver-guide
- Transportation is in a minibus with AC and free Wi-Fi
