How to use
Board your cruise at Dock 11 (next to the Elisabeth Bridge on the Pest side of the city).
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Not suitable for:
- Wheelchair users
- People under 18 years old
- Please note, that nighttime cruises are not child-friendly
Not allowed:
- Guests under the strong influence of alcohol won't be allowed onboard
- It's not allowed to bring your own food and drinks aboard the ship. Catering service is offered onboard to ensure your comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey
Know in advance:
- If you are late for your tour, you can rebook (subject to availability) for a surcharge of 50% of the original price, to be paid on the spot
- To ensure the safety of all participants, please be aware that in case of hazardous weather circumstances, unforeseen events or technical issues the local operator reserves the right to cancel cruises
