Meet your tour guide on the square between Beurs van Berlage and Bijenkorf department store, opposite C&A. Trams No. 4/14/24 stop almost in front of it (Dam stop). You can recognize your guide by a name tag on a black and white striped ribbon.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Please make sure you wear comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate to the weather
- Please provide yourself with sufficient drinking water, especially during the summer months
- The group consists of a maximum of 8 participants to enable a particularly personal experience
