How to use
Barkassenbetrieb Bülow GmbH's pier at the inland port, recognizable by the large Bülow flag. Please check-in at the departure point 20 minutes before departure.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- You can find an image of a typical route in the gallery. Changes to the route are possible at any time, taking the tide into account
- People with wheelchairs are invited to take part in the tour. Please note, however, that you have to climb a few steps to get to your seat. Your companion should be able to help you with this
- Sanitary facilities are available onboard
- If necessary, the boats are heated. In summer you go in convertible boats
- Drinks can be purchased on board
- Please bring clothing (and a good mood) appropriate for the weather
- Dogs are generally not allowed
