Claudia and Bruno (nee “Vanessa”) were amazing! This was hands down the best thing we did on our trip. Claudia’s garden of herbs, olives, grapes, strawberries and more than I can count was awesome. To pull herbs from the ground and cook them with her and my daughter was fantastic and fun. You SHOULD book this! If only for Bruno’s Ferrari level driving 😎.

Fun experience and great way to start my time in Italy! Being solo was not a problem as everyone mixed & worked together. I loved that we all ate our meals together afterwards too. Mimi was a great teacher and I'd highly recommend.


