How to use
Pick-up service from your accommodation if it's located in the center of Florence. Please confirm the pick-up place and time directly with the local operator. Otherwise, the tour will depart from Piazza della Repubblica, in front of Gilli Cafè.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- Please confirm the pick-up place and time directly with the local operator if you chose the pick-up option. You can find their contact information on the voucher after booking
- The driver leads the tour, providing general introductory information. He is not allowed to lead a guided visit inside the city center, nor to provide historical and artistic information inside museums or churches
- A minimum of 4 participants applies (max. 8). Cancellation after confirmation is possible if the minimum number isn't reached. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered another date or an alternative tour or full refund
- Comfortable shoes are recommended. Access to places of worship requires suitable clothing: shorts, bare shoulders, sandals, hats and sunglasses are not allowed
- Sample Lunch Menu: - Appetizer: Selection of local cold cuts, Tuscan “Bruschette”, Pecorino cheese, pickled vegetables, “Pappa al pomodoro” (Tomato soup) and omelette, Main Course: Fresh pasta with seasonal sauce, Dessert: Cantucci biscuits and Vin Santo with tasting of 3 Tuscan wines
