How to use
After confirming your booking, a voucher will be sent to the email address you provided. To understand how to redeem your voucher, please refer to the usage instructions included in the email. Kindly note that the voucher is valid exclusively for the traveler groups specified in your booking. Other traveler groups are not eligible for voucher redemption.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed)
- The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might remain close for visits. In such cases, we do not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be adjusted.
- Avoid taking pictures of people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.
- Ensure that you dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, when visiting religious sites and public spaces.
- Please note that the child below 16 can enjoy the desert safari only and will be charged accordingly (NOT allowed for Shisha or Dune buggy)
- The infants will NOT be allowed for dune bashing and need to be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
- Pregnant women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for this Tour.
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
- No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.
