How to use
It's a 3-minute walk from 'Döbrentei tér' bus stop (bus lines 8E, 108E, 110 or 112) or from 'Rudas gyógyfürdő' stop (bus lines 7 and 107; trams 19, 41 and 56).
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Please note that the weight limit is 130 kg (287 lbs)
- This tour requires a minimum of 2 people per booking
- Participants must be at least 14 years old for guided tours (under adult supervision)
- Please bring a valid photo ID and arrive 5-10 minutes before the booked departure time
- Tours run in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. High-heel shoes and/or short skirts are not advised
- Please note that all participants are required to sign the general contract conditions on site before engaging in the activity (guests under 18 years old must have an adult sign for them)
- Please note that due to the nature of this activity and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to participants who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund
