If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

The captains monitor the sea conditions continuously and are solely responsible for deeming them acceptable or not. If necessary, routes or itineraries can be modified by the captain at any time.
The tour will be refundable only if on the scheduled day the weather is deemed "unsafe" by the boat captain, in which case the provider will offer either to re-schedule or to honor a full refund. If the captain says that the weather conditions are safe to go out, the boat tour is considered firm and non-refundable.
