During booking, you will be asked to provide your pick-up address. Please confirm the pick-up place and time directly with the local operator whose contact information can be found in the voucher after booking.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
A fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations requested before 2:00 AM on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 2:00 AM on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Some tours require minimum numbers to operate. In the event that minimum numbers are not met, the tour operator will contact you to arrange an alternative tour or alternative date.
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, water bottle, camera
