Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

Very convenient , cheap and good in communication, I used to book with other local agent and cost me fortune for frequent traveller like me . I travel out and in HCM at least 4 times a month. Here I book two way super VIP around 65 USD. While last time I booked for 120 USD for same kind services. The WhatsApp team very proactive , abd the best part they can speak multi languages . Love it so much and hope they will create the special apps soon. Xin Cam On . 😘★

Greta service. Staff member was already waiting for us when we arrived at the immigration hall. She took us to the “VIP” lane, which was empty: we cleared the passaport check in literally 5 minutes. To be honest, the regular qeue wasn’t that bad but we still saved at least 30-40 minutes.★

Everything went great. A person met us at immigration control, led us to a separate line, and we were through in a minute. But we still had to stand around for about 20 minutes waiting for our bags 🤣★

Very easy to locate the staff. Save us hours from queuing, the immigration clearance only took us 15mins and collect luggage within 10mins. Less than 30mins we alrd out of airport. Recommended if you travel to Vietnam during peak season especially if you travel with elderly and kids.★

It was a great experience. Tour was well organised. I felt one day was not enough. It’s a big place to cover. The buffet lunch was the best.
