If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Dock fee of USD 20.00 per person payable at check-in and is not included. Children over 100cm will need to pay a dock fee
- Photos are not included but are available to purchase
- Transfers are not included, but can be arranged in resort at a cost of USD 20.00 per person
- Zip lines and VIP area are not included
- For the safety and wellbeing of the dolphins and ecosystem, please apply sunblock at least two hours before the activity, or after snorkelling
- Not suitable for expectant mothers or guests with back problems
- Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility

- Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time
- Height, weight and/or age restrictions may apply
