Such a wonderful experience! The chef was great and the host Yugo was very good, the whole experience was interesting and interactive and I really felt like I could make sushi by the end of it. The kitchen/ eating area is very nice and clean and you get served DELICIOUS cold green tea yum yum in my tum

Our cooking instructors did a wonderful job teaching not only how to make sushi, but mixing in some cultural, historical, and language information. We selected this in part because they offered gluten-free options. They were very careful about cross contamination.

We had a rather interesting and fun evening here! The food was delicious and plentiful. The wagyu was amazing! We had unlimited drinks and were given gifts. Geisha dance—well, one girl dances for five minutes. Then everyone takes photos with her, and that's it. Sumo wrestlers: they tell a little about sumo, then they joke around for the crowd, then demonstrate some moves and techniques, and then wrestle for 10 minutes. Then they offer wrestlers a chance to wrestle. And finally, photos. Overall, the evening was fun and relaxed.
