Well organised and a fun day out. Unfortunately we didn't see any whales. We did see a pod of dolphins at the start of the journey but not much else. They were kind enough to offer us vouchers to use again, but we're fully booked out when we tried to use them a few days later. It was a wonderful day out on the boat and the crew were great. It just so happened that we were not lucky enough to see any whales.★

David is amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The tour is a great experience that is hard to miss if your are visiting New Zealand. The Waitamo Cave tour is more impressive than the description. The hobbitown is like a paradise. We were able to get free drinks during our trip. Umbrella is available to borrow if it starts raining. We were able to go inside the hobbit house and check out the fine furnitures. These two places are worth the trip.★

This was an amazing tour, Adil was very friendly and gave excellent advice. Be sure to research the weather for Hobbiton as it is a fully outdoor tour. Be prepared for a long day! Totally worth it!★

At first I was worried about booking this due to the reviews but everything was done so perfectly! The driver was on time and so punctual. Rachel who was our driver was so knowledgable and funny which may the trip so enjoyable. The tour and the food were just amazing as well whether you’re a fan of the movies or not, I say do it!★

Such a great trip! Grant (or Grant but in a kiwi accent) was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the culture and history during the long van rides. Glowworm caves were cool but the highlight for me was definitely the geysers. The whole experience was great and am so grateful that they offer a trip like this including transport since Rotorua is quite a distance away.
Note: this experience did not include a Māori performance or haka. If I read the description better I wouldve known that but that is the only thing I was a little bummed about. The experience is great, but just note what is actually included if thats what you are looking for.★

The whole family had the most amazing day with Murray visiting thr Hobbiton village and the Glow worm caves. Murray was extremely knowledgeable and explained things and places with great detail. Bush and Beach are lucky to have him.
He made sure we had a great time in the bus, while we stopped for a coffee break, at the movie set and the caves. And all through the drive as well.
