If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- All activities depend on skill and height – minimum height: 140cm
- Children will always have to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians who will be responsible for them
- Possibility to use child seat for children as companion – maximum weight of 25kg
- Transfer isn't available so you must go to a meeting point at one of the two offices of Bike Sensations in Puerto del Carmen:1. Avenida de las Playas 49 C.C. Los Arcos at 9:00am2. Avenida de las Playas 57 C.C. Los Dragos at 9:00am
