During booking, you will be asked to provide your pick-up address. Please confirm the pick-up place and time directly with the local operator whose contact information can be found in the voucher after booking.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Please note that this tour is not recommended for children 12 year or younger due to the difficulty of walks included
- Please ensure appropriate footwear for hiking is worn or carried in a small day pack
- As our tours operate in small touring vehicles, there is no storage space for baby strollers or other large items. Please limit your luggage to a 5kg soft bag
- Please confirm the pick-up place and time directly with our local partner at least 48 hours before departure. You can find their contact information in the voucher after booking
- Please confirm if an infant restraint or child booster seat is required for your child to the local operator
