I traveled using a Eurail pass. It was cheaper than other sites, including points redemption, so I used it. I recommend it if you travel long distances a lot. I'll definitely consider it for my next trip to Europe.

Fantastic views of the city, the surrounding countryside, and the cityscape, even from a height, in perfect weather. A short photo stop at the beginning of the tour on the hilltop at this time of year (no leaves on the trees to obstruct the view), with a view of Stuttgart and the Schlossplatz from the eastern side, would have been lovely.

The tour was fantastic! Anita did a truly wonderful job and presented the stories in a very engaging way. We were thoroughly entertained and learned some anecdotes from the city's distant past. Everything was easy to understand, and Anita even checked with the children to make sure they were following along. A truly wonderful experience!
