How to use
If you select the ticket with hotel pickup/drop-off service, please select your pickup location at checkout and confirm it directly with the local operator. You'll find the contact details on the voucher after booking. If you select the ticket option without pickup service, please confirm at checkout that you'll come to the meeting point at the Surfspot Curaçao at Caracasbaai. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Know in advance:
- This tour requires a minimum age of 12 years old for booking a ticket. A child under 12 can join an adult on the same board
Remember to bring:
- your swimsuit, sunscreen, dry clothing, a towel and a waterproof camera
