How to use
Please meet outside the Folly Restaurant moorings for all cruise departures.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- You will also benefit from a 10% food discount at the renowned Folly Restuarant
- Unfortunately, this tour is unable to accommodate wheelchairs
- Commentary is provided in English only
- No ticket purchase is required for infants (age 0-1)
- Please note there is no parking available onsite: The closest car park is the Westgate Center Car Park which is a 5-10-minute walk away from The Folly (typically £5 per 3 hours)
- The Folly, Redbridge Park and Ride is the most convenient service (south of Oxford accessed from A34 and A423). Once parked take the number 300 bus to the third stop referred to as The Police Station which is a 3-minute walk away (currently £2 for up to 24 hours parking and £2.70 adult return fare)
