Easy process. We arrived at the club and staff just confirmed our booking and went straight into action. Trainer helped us with the hand wrapping and off we went with warm up and intro to the Muay Thai moves. Good intro into Muay Thai. Trainer was enthusiastic and engaging. Overall an energy busting session with drills and sparring and physical exercises.★
