Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 8:00 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cannot be canceled after reservation
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

· Service Hours: Daily (1200 Hours - 2355 Hours)
· Last Entry: 9pm
· Treatment Time: dependent on traveler's selected time slot
· Address: Star City Complex, Lot G-45, Asia City, 88200 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
· Vona Spa will arrange same gender masseuse/masseurs based on customer's gender (subjected to availability).
· Refunds will not be granted to unredeemed tickets from travelers who choose to proceed to Vona Spa on their own, please consider before booking.
· If you like to change your reservation time, please contact customer service at least 1 day prior to the experience. The available time slot will be subject to on-site availability.
