What an amazing experience!!! Selecting Jinshanling was a great decision as we were able to experience the beauty of the untouched part of the Great Wall. Less people and more beautiful scenery!! Overall, it was a very satisfying tour. I had heard via email that there was an experienced driver available who didn't speak English, so I decided to go with him. Our driver, Shangzen Ruishui, communicated with us using the translation function and had no problems. He was a very sincere person, and although we fell asleep soon after boarding, he turned off the music to provide a quiet space. The drive was smooth and we were able to enjoy a comfortable trip without getting carsick. Jinshanling Great Wall was a great location for taking spectacular photos with few tourists, and I was amazed by the endless stretches of the Great Wall. I believe this was all thanks to our driver's skillful driving, which allowed us to get to the Great Wall safely.★

Doing this trip during the winter was so worth it- there was almost no one else at the Jinshaling section of the wall when we were there! If it is snowy/icy, I wouldn't recommend going to Jinshaling though as it will be too slippery (there were some steep climbs). The driver was there on time to drop us off at the wall and was there again to take us back. One thing I would say is that you do NOT get a guide with this tour, basically just a driving service- I thought that wasn't very clear on the description. Everything else was great, no complaints 👍★

Our day trip to the Great Wall with Mr. Cao was perfect. He was very friendly and flexible with our wishes. The car was modern and clean. And Jingshanling is a breathtaking part of the wall. And unforgettable experience to hike on it for 3 hours and to have lunch on it.★
