The ferry arrived at 8:30. We received a voucher 24 hours in advance. They picked us up at our hotel in Patong at 7:10. Everything was smooth and efficient. They picked up another group of tourists along the way. We arrived at the port at 8:10. We had time to explore the port. The boat departed at 8:40.

The tour was superbly organized. A minibus arrived at the hotel and took us to the pier within an hour. There, we were given stickers and boarding passes based on our lists. Two hours later, we arrived at Tonsai Pier. On board, in the Economy Lounge, we were given tea, coffee, water, and motion sickness pills. Everything was perfect. The captain passed Maya Bay, Pele Bay, and the Viking Cave, giving us a great view.
