We booked ferry tickets from Phuket to Phi Phi. The ferry is old and takes two hours (twice as long as the speedboat), but it's suitable for the elderly (it doesn't get seasick as much) and for pregnant women (they're not allowed on the speedboat at all). We were picked up from our hotel and driven to our destination (the price is included in the ticket). A young man met us at the pier and gave us directions. At check-in, we were given stickers (first and middle class) instead of boarding passes. Seats aren't assigned; you just take available ones (within the amount you've booked). The crew allowed us to get off and go up to the deck above (which is great, as I get very seasick). This ferry allows you to go to Phi Phi Don for a few hours and return the same day. However, we had a hotel booked for several days, so we bought one-way tickets, like many other passengers. When the ferry approaches the islands, it takes 10 minutes to circle around Phi Phi Island (where Maya Bay Beach is), and it's truly beautiful. You can't see this from a boat because it's smaller and lower.★

We booked a ticket while still in Russia. Everything went smoothly, and the transfer arrived on time. We were taken to the pier and given roundtrip tickets. The ticket already indicated the return ferry departure time (9:00 AM or 2:00 PM). There's a large ferry, and the journey takes two hours, as stated. We spent three days on Phi Phi. On the way back, we went to the counter, showed our tickets, and the counter staffer confirmed where we needed the return transfer. Tickets on Trip are cheaper than buying at the ticket office or at the pier. I definitely recommend it.★

We were very pleased with the airport transfer! Everything was perfect. The driver met us in a clean and comfortable Toyota. The air conditioning was on, and the tinted windows protected us from the scorching sun—a must-have in Thailand! They helped us load our suitcases, and when we arrived at the hotel, they not only unloaded them but also carried them right to the reception desk. Everything was efficient, polite, and comfortable. I definitely recommend it! 👍🏼
