The time of departure is earlier than what was advertised. I was pick up at 05:50H. You need to download WeChat to be able to communicate to the Driver. I was able to meet younger Chinese who knows how to speak in English and we become friends 😁 They are the one who explain to me what was happening, also the Driver/tour guide will message you in WeChat to make sure you understand. There are extra payment if you wanted to ride horse going around.It was amazingly gorgeous experience. You’ll pay „150 yuan but it was worth the price. In leaping tiger gorge there’s an extra „70 yuan for elevator used but it’s optional. The itinerary is a bit different from what was advertised but it’s was worth the price & we ended the tour around 7pm. Lastly, listen to driver than trip com message. The trip state I’ll be pick up @6:30 but the driver stated 0550 at the pick up Point & he was there. Good thing I’m ready.The lunch was delicious & fun we dance 💃 Asa solo traveler this activityRecommended 💯

We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!

This day trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge and Baishuitai via Ctrip was fantastic, a must-try! The itinerary was well-planned, Tiger Leaping Gorge was magnificent, and Baishuitai was breathtakingly beautiful – the scenery along the way was perfect for photos. A special thank you to our driver, Mr. Li, who was warm, friendly, and provided excellent service. His driving skills were superb, ensuring a smooth and safe journey on the mountain roads. He patiently accompanied us throughout, providing punctual pick-up and drop-off, proactively offering help and taking meticulous care of us without any rushing. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable trip. Overall, it was great value for money, worry-free and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone planning this trip, and I'll definitely choose this company again for my next adventure!

Highly recommended.💯 The service was smooth and easy. We were picked up from out front hotel at Shangri-La. We took a private tour of 3 people. Went to Balagezong up until the peak. Then stay overnight opposite Meili Snow Mountain. We are lucky we are able to catch the gold sunrise from Meili Snow Mountain. Mr. Stone our driver and guide - is very helpful, providing us information about culture, history and facts. Appreciate it so much. If you are going to Shangri-La please spend time to go to Balagezong and Meili Snow Mountain. Worth every penny. 😊

Mr. Ma, our driver throughout the trip, was very responsible and proactive in communicating and resolving issues, making it a great experience!! Regarding the overall tour experience, I feel that more reminders about clothing before each activity could be added. I felt incredibly cold the entire time, definitely not dressed warmly enough. For those planning a winter trip, please dress warmly!! As for the Tusi Banquet, definitely don't sit under the loudspeakers—the vibrations are unbearable! However, everyone was very hospitable. If you haven't tried baijiu (Chinese white liquor) before, don't bother; it has a strong, unpleasant taste that you might not like. The driver didn't try any hard selling and repeatedly emphasized the extra charges for optional activities, as well as the importance of avoiding shopping and encouraging rational spending! I really liked his personality! Two bottles of oxygen were provided on the bus, and there were warm clothes in the back, but it's still best to dress warmly!! (Hopefully this will be featured!)
