First of all, the customer service was excellent, helping me resolve car issues before departure. Secondly, the driver was very nice and patient; when a minor accident occurred during the trip, he patiently helped resolve it. The customer service representative was also very helpful in communicating and resolving the issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant group tour experience, with no shopping stops and no mandatory meal arrangements. I highly recommend this travel agency for a Tiger Leaping Gorge day trip.â

The time of departure is earlier than what was advertised. I was pick up at 05:50H. You need to download WeChat to be able to communicate to the Driver. I was able to meet younger Chinese who knows how to speak in English and we become friends đ They are the one who explain to me what was happening, also the Driver/tour guide will message you in WeChat to make sure you understand. There are extra payment if you wanted to ride horse going around.It was amazingly gorgeous experience. Youâll pay „150 yuan but it was worth the price. In leaping tiger gorge thereâs an extra „70 yuan for elevator used but itâs optional. The itinerary is a bit different from what was advertised but itâs was worth the price & we ended the tour around 7pm. Lastly, listen to driver than trip com message. The trip state Iâll be pick up @6:30 but the driver stated 0550 at the pick up Point & he was there. Good thing Iâm ready.The lunch was delicious & fun we dance đ Asa solo traveler this activityRecommended đŻâ

We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!â

Traveling with family was great! Our driver, Mr. Zhang Sui, was very kind. Although we had some communication difficulties, we could sense his enthusiasm throughout the journey. He constantly tried to find good photo spots for us. He seemed like a very approachable person with boundless energy! đđ»â

The tour was nice, we saw beautiful places but the guide was not speaking english at all. The first stop to see the bend of the river was not done. We had to pay some extras for wearing local costumes and riding horses around Napa area. If you donât pay, then you have 2 hours free but there is nothing much to do around except pictures with horses. But the meal was included with local food and a dance show. At the end, it was a nice day but donât expect to learn information about the places you will see if you donât speak chinese.î„
