How to use
- Pick-ups are available from Downtown Vancouver and Burnaby hotels. Please confirm your pick up location and time with the tour operator, details will be given in the voucher.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Please dress appropriately for the tour as it will run, come rain or shine
- Please note that timings are approximate and the duration of tours may vary due to weather, traffic, road maintenance, and size of the group
- The order that the sites are visited in, may vary throughout the season
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants under 3 are free
