The process takes approximately 5 minutes. Traveling around Shikoku by rail is very convenient, as you can ride in the limited express unreserved seating, which is both comfortable and saves a lot of time.
This time, I used the Shikoku Rail Pass to ride the JR Shikoku, Tosa Electric Railway, Koto Electric Railway, and Asa Coast Railway.
Riding in the JR Shikoku limited express unreserved seating is free, and there are usually seats available on most trains. Remember that when riding the JR Shikoku limited express unreserved seating, the conductor will check your ticket. After departure, please be prepared to have your ticket checked and state your destination.
