Very nice excursion, very well arranged and coordinated, including transfer services from Manhattan to JFK. Well distributed to allow the sightseeing from both Canada and US sides. The guide (in English) really motivated, explained very clearly how Falls were created, and why they were (still are) moving from the last 6000 years, and also other curiosities of this fantastic place unique in the world★

We had a good time on our trip with tour guide Jasper. He called me the day before to give us directions for the pickup point and his phone number in case we had any questions. On the drive to Niagara Falls he would point out different places and give us some background information about it. There were other people on the tour who spoke Chinese but he is fluent in both English and Mandarin . Any questions we had, he was able to answer quickly. At the falls he had all the tickets for us which expedited our entrance to the attractions. Also, he was always able to park close to the entrance so we didn’t have far to walk. Because our Airbnb was on the way back to our pickup point, he was so kind to drop us off there instead. All in all, we had a great experience with Jasper.★

Suzanne our guide was great: explanations about everything in a very interesting way, the helicopter tour is worth the detour! Maid of the mist is also incredible and the cave of the winds is extra!
