2. Please leave your contact information and the hotel for pick-up/drop-off service. Keep your passport and important items at the hotel to prevent them from getting wet.

 

3. On the day of the trip, we will confirm the specific pick-up time and license plate number with you via your provided contact information. For travelers who are meeting on their own, please follow the GPS location directly and arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance. Note that Kota Kinabalu experiences heavy traffic during this period, so please depart early!! Distance from the city center: 5-7 km, approximately 20 minutes by taxi.

 

4. It is recommended to bring a bath towel or dry clothes to change into after the activity. (This will not only make you feel more comfortable but also avoid situations where some ride-hailing drivers may refuse to pick up wet passengers.)

 

Outdoor activity products are greatly affected by weather changes. If the weather is bad before the trip, you can reschedule or get a refund. However, if the activity ends early due to worsening weather during the trip, no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
