A fantastic experience! We thought it was a large bus, but it turned out to be a minibus. There were nine of us in total, and apart from us, the rest of us weren't from mainland China. The driver/guide was excellent; he was from Hong Kong and patiently spoke to us in both English and Chinese. The arrangements were superb, and we saw many dolphins!

A wonderful place that cares for injured koalas; they rest peacefully in the trees. We were able to chat with Dave and ask him all the questions we wanted, and he answered everything—he was very kind. I highly recommend this outing, whether you're with family, friends, or as a couple!

Customer service responded quickly; they answered any questions immediately. We booked on Friday for Saturday, and the tour was booked that same afternoon. Our tour guide, Chen, was also very helpful, providing detailed explanations of each attraction. He even drove us back to Chinatown from the city center. I would definitely book a tour with this company again. A very good travel experience.


