Q: What's included in the pass?

A: With a Go City London All-Inclusive Pass, you can visit all London attractions, guided tours, local experiences, and more from the All-Inclusive Pass attractions list within the pass's expiration date.

Q: Which attractions in the pass require advance booking?

A: You can check whether the attractions included in the pass require booking through the link in your e-ticket. All attractions marked "Reservation required" need to be booked in advance.

Q: How is the validity period of the All-Inclusive Pass calculated?

A: 1. If unused, the pass is valid for 2 years from the booking confirmation time and expires at 23:59 on the last day.

2. Start using the pass. The pass is activated upon entry to the first attraction and remains valid for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 10 days from activation (depending on the selected package). (Note: We strongly recommend starting use in the morning, as the validity period counts in consecutive calendar days rather than 24-hour periods. For example, if you purchase a 3-day pass and activate it at 2:00 PM on June 1, the pass will expire at midnight on June 3, not at 2:00 PM on June 4.)

Q: Can I visit each attraction multiple times?

A: No, each attraction can only be visited once.

There are two ways to use the London Pass:

Method 1: Download the pass directly to your smartphone and present the QR code pass on your phone for scanning at the entrance (reservation required for some attractions, please check the pass guide carefully before your visit).

Option 2:

(1) Activate your email: After successful booking, you will receive a voucher containing a QR code. Tap the "please update your order" button in the dark green box to access the email activation page. Under "Get the London Pass(R) app," enter your desired email address twice in the two white boxes to link and activate your personal email.

(2) Download the "Go City" app, enter the 7-digit order number from your voucher received after booking and your activated email address to link the pass to the app for use.
