The tour to Da Nang was fantastic; everything was organized to the highest standard. Tripco executed the program exactly as planned. The lunch was simply magnificent—a wide selection of dishes, all delicious and high-quality, like a Swiss table—there was something for everyone. It was a special treat 👍 The company's service was first-class. The driver was a great guy 👏🏻; he drove carefully, was polite, and punctual. The tour operator was always available and promptly responded to all questions via WhatsApp, which is very important during a trip. We were very pleased and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Tripco to anyone planning a tour in Vietnam, especially Da Nang!

Our guide was Azura, and we were very comfortable. We had a private tour for two. We left at 8:30 a.m. and didn't have to wait in lines or traffic. We took our time and saw everything.

We have had the privilege of booking with Tam and BNT travel on two different years. We cannot say enough about how professional and caring they are. We never ever had a worry, if there was anything that we weren’t sure about we would message Tam and get an instant response. Tam booked for us many private tours where the vehicles were always top notch and the guides exceptional. It was always easy to adjust any tour to meet our personal preferences. We toured from one end of Vietnam to the other and were never disappointed. When we needed help with travel in Thailand Tam also was able to arrange tours and customize them to our likes. At one point we had missed a flight and weren’t sure what to do, Tam to the rescue, within minutes she had us on another flight and ground transportation arranged. One of the biggest things we feel about booking with BNT is you have a friend there to help you and guide you. Never did we worry about anything as Tam always made it right. Also there is no language barrier with Tam as she is very fluent in English as were all of her tour guides. We honestly cannot say enough about BNT travel or Tam and all of their wonderful staff, if you book with them you have no worries! Enjoy beautiful Vietnam with the help of the best. BNT Travel. ❤️

This was a great day trip. The hotel pick-up and drop-off was very thoughtful, and the tour guide arrived on time and accompanied us throughout the trip. The guide provided commentary in English, and since our English wasn't very good, the guide translated important points into Chinese for us. Overall, the itinerary was fulfilling, Ba Na Hills was beautiful, and the buffet was fantastic. I hope the weather will be even better next time, and it would be even more perfect if the return trip could be delayed a bit.


