The presentation was good; we particularly enjoyed the section on the Northern Lights and the telescope camera. The other guides were difficult to understand for non-English speakers.

First time in Canada and Banff , unfortunately there was heavy snowfall on our departing day, but our driver & tour guide he’s try his best to pickup every person and take us to the greatest national park , it was amazing with all these spectacular lake and Mountain views , although some spots be closed due to the weather , still quite enjoyable the whole journey, thanks again!!

The tour was amazing, even though we couldn’t go to Abraham lake due to weather conditions, our tour guide Kenneth gave us great options to visit and discover this magical place! We went to Emerald Lake and they gave us snow shoes to walk over the lake :)
