It was a fantastic experience, and a large part of that is thanks to our driver, Souhila T., who was absolutely fantastic! So kind, super attentive, she advised us on the best routes and what we should see – incredibly thoughtful! We will definitely choose Big Bus again next time we go to Paris, and much of that is thanks to dear Souhila! Thank you for adding so much magic to our family trip! ♥️🙏🏼🇫🇷

The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. Nice way to get around, especially to see the famous monuments and stay dry when it’s raining. Also, less famous places and monuments are pointed out in the audio recording, which is nice to know. The drivers and staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. And it was not too crowded in January :-) We started at Victoria, got off at Westminster, walked across the bridge and used the indicated WC at Waterloo Station, then walked up to and across Tower Bridge (passing the HMS Belfast), and finished with the 15 min boat cruise back to Westminster. Thanks to Mark and Bill for making this happen!!! 😊


