So kind, super attentive, she advised us on the best routes and what we should see – incredibly thoughtful! It's convenient because you can board the train just by showing the QR code after making a reservation. It's cheaper than buying a ticket at the station, and I liked that I didn't have to wait in line at the ticket machine.
