Overall the guide and driver wwre very punctual and helpful with explaining everything and where everything is. The only issue we personally had was during pick up we had to wait really long because the other parties joining were late. We personally feel that if they arent down on time wait for 5 minutes and then leave since the people who are already in the bus/van were waiting. We were picked up around 10:20am and we were only able to depart to genting after picking three parties and waiting for them around 11:45am close to 12pm.★

The organization was fine: the bus arrived at the meeting point, and water was handed out inside. The tour guide was cheerful and charming. He shared facts about Malaysia and joked with us (the tour was in English). I didn't like the caves themselves: they were dirty and too crowded.Trip.com Picks
