You skipped the line and the immigration process itself completed in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, when I first arrived the staff specifically assigned to assist me was not present when I reached the immigration area. I had to send a chat via WhatsApp to let them know, and even then I had to wait about 10 minutes. Overall, it's not bad, because I still finished before compared to if I didn't purchase this service as the queue was quite long.★

This was my first time using the immigration fast track, and since they were holding a message board with my name on it (which they had shown me beforehand), I was able to join them immediately. Furthermore, they directed me to a shorter line, and I was able to enter the country in less than 10 minutes. However, the airline was slow, and I had to wait over 30 minutes to collect my luggage. Being able to sit and wait made using the fast track worthwhile.★

Rosie was incredibly helpful when I needed urgent assistance with my Vietnam visa. I had applied for an e-visa over a week earlier, but because of the Chinese New Year holiday it still hadn’t been processed. It was Saturday night and my flight was Monday morning, so I decided to pay for the emergency visa-on-arrival letter instead.
Rosie contacted me on WhatsApp within five minutes of my payment and immediately started helping me resolve the issue. The emergency service I paid for normally has about a 4-hour turnaround, but since it was the weekend there were some limitations with processing times. Even so, she kept me updated and was able to get the letter to me the following evening on Sunday, which allowed me to print it before my Monday morning flight.
The emergency service is a bit pricey, but it was absolutely worth it compared to the cost of missing my flight and losing my accommodation bookings. Thank you, Rosie, for saving my trip!★
