This activity requires no prior experience. Due to limited availability, please make sure to book in advance. The specific locations for activities are subject to change based on glacier conditions.
3. This product requires a minimum of 3 passengers to proceed. If your group has fewer than 3 people, we will try to arrange you with other travelers. In rare cases where the group cannot be formed, the attraction visit will be rescheduled to the nearest available group session or you may cancel for a refund if the minimum number is not met before departure.
4. This itinerary has no upper age limit, but participants must have a certain level of physical fitness and English proficiency to ensure safety during the trip.
5. The blue ice cave is a natural glacial phenomenon heavily influenced by weather conditions, so we cannot guarantee that you will definitely see it.
6. Recommended clothing/items to bring: 3–4 layers of warm tops and insulated pants (denim not recommended), sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, gloves, camera, your essential medicines, daypack, drinks, and snacks.
7. This tour is not recommended for seniors, pregnant women, or people with limited mobility.
8. The use of drones is prohibited in Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park. Violations will result in confiscation of the drone and a fine of NZ$5,000. For New Zealand drone flight regulations, visit www.airshare.co.nz.
