Our driver Deane was great, he was such a friendly and helpful guy. He even lent my sister his jacket since we didn’t expect it to be so cold when we got there! Our tour guide in the caves was Ross, who literally is a walking encyclopedia with all the knowledge he had about the caves and the glo worms. He made the tour so interesting and full of great information. He also gave special attention to my elderly mom, which was super sweet of him. Overall our trip was amazing, and it was because of these two men. I highly recommend taking this tour!★
