The local tour guide was very helpful. I booked an extra package, and they contacted me promptly the day before. The driver, Ketut Mahardika, was also excellent. The car seemed to be recently replaced, and he arrived half an hour early, just in time for our request. He kept asking if we had any other requests on the way.

Overall, the day trip was good. Thanks to our driver, Santo, for being responsible and a skilled driver who made us feel safe. It should be noted that Ctrip advertises an upgraded Chinese-speaking driver-guide service, but in reality, the drivers they provided barely spoke Chinese, making communication in either Chinese or English difficult. This is clearly a problem with the Ctrip platform, not with the local drivers. To reiterate, driver Santo himself was excellent.

I've been back for a while now. My Bali trip ended with a day trip to Uluwatu, which was all-inclusive and quite good. The shuttle bus and entrance fees were all included, so I didn't have to buy them separately. The only memorable thing was the traffic jam at Tanah Lot Temple. Overall, the service from the company was good; they added us to a group chat a day in advance, and there was always someone available to help.

All day tour was hurry, each place just stay 20-30 minutes, between each sites was crowded and had traffic jams
