The meeting time and meeting point for your trip are as specified in the confirmation document (PDF attachment) sent to your reserved email address. Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance. For Buckingham Palace admission tickets, you will need to exchange your voucher at the ticket office. (For packages B, C, and D, you must meet with Golden Tours staff and provide your name. A staff member will then escort you to the Buckingham Palace entrance. Without accompaniment by a Golden Tours representative, you will not be able to enter Buckingham Palace. All group members will enter simultaneously. If you miss the entry time, you will not be able to enter Buckingham Palace individually. Do not attempt to exchange your voucher at the Buckingham Palace ticket office, as it will not be accepted. Once inside the palace, you are free to explore at your leisure.)

Buckingham Palace is His Majesty the King's grand and iconic London residence, a must-visit destination for any trip to London. This fully functional royal palace not only houses the King but also serves as the administrative headquarters of the monarchy. The 19 lavishly decorated state rooms feature exquisite French and English antique furniture and display some of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection, including works by Rubens, Canaletto, and Rembrandt, sculptures by Canova, and Sèvres porcelain.

B, C Buckingham Palace Admission Ticket + One-day Bus Ticket/24-hr Bus Ticket (Bus Pass Expiration Date: 1 calendar day, unlimited use within 24 hrs)
Buckingham Palace admission ticket time: Choose between 10:45am, 12:30pm, or 1:45pm
Meeting point: Outside King's Gallery Entrance, Buckingham Palace, London SW1A 1AA. Meet with Golden Tours staff and inform them of your first and middle names. Staff will then escort you to the Buckingham Palace entrance. You cannot enter Buckingham Palace without being accompanied by a Golden Tours representative. All group members will enter simultaneously. If you miss the entry time, you will not be able to enter Buckingham Palace individually. Do not go to the Buckingham Palace ticket office to redeem your voucher as it will not be accepted there. Once inside the palace, you may explore freely.

Bus Schedule: You can join the tour from any of our multiple stops. Each stop will be clearly marked with Golden Tours Hop on Hop Off/London Tour buses. Valid for 1 day, 24 hours from the time of your first boarding. Red and Blue routes run every 20 min. Orange route runs every 30 min.
One-way Thames cruise (only valid with Package C including 24-hour bus pass): Boats depart every 30 min from Westminster Pier to Millennium Tower Pier and vice versa. Your boat ticket is only valid for one-way travel and not for return.

Meeting Point: London Eye, Belvedere Road, Tourist bus stop, London, SE1 7NA (nearest tube and train station is Waterloo, 2 minute walk). First bus departs at 19:00, last bus departs at 20:00. The full tour takes approximately 2 hrs with no stops.

E Buckingham Palace + Royal Walk
Itinerary for reference only, subject to change: Stroll leisurely through the capital, visiting important landmarks, gathering places, and shops renowned by the royal family. Lasting approximately 2 hrs, a professional guide will take you to various clubs, churches, and magnificent palaces that played significant roles in royal life. Visit the impressive St. James's Palace – residence of the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, and of course Buckingham Palace – His Majesty the King's official residence. You might even witness the Changing of the Guard and learn more about this iconic and historic tradition.

Departure Time and Duration: 10:00am, approximately 1.5–2 hr walking tour, ending at 11:30am/12:00pm (comfortable shoes recommended). Buckingham Palace admission time is at 12:30pm.
Meeting point: Buckingham Palace, Buckingham Gate, Tourist Bus Stop. SW1A 1AA (outside King's Gallery, formerly known as Queen's Gallery). Meet the Golden Tours staff and provide them with your name. They will then escort you to the entrance of Buckingham Palace. Without accompaniment by a Golden Tours representative, you will not be able to enter Buckingham Palace. All group members will enter simultaneously. If you miss the entry time, you will not be permitted to enter the palace individually. Please do not go to the Buckingham Palace ticket office to redeem your voucher as it will not be accepted there. Once inside the palace, you may explore freely.
